Digital devotionals, prayer guides, and eBooks are delivered instantly. As soon as your payment completes, the download link is sent to the email address you used at checkout. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, please check your spam folder, then reach out on our Contact & Support page.

Shirts, hoodies, mugs, and other merchandise are printed to order by our print partners in the United States. Production usually takes 2 to 5 business days, and then your order ships. Typical delivery times after production:

• United States: 3 to 7 business days
• Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and most of Europe: 7 to 14 business days
• Rest of the world: 10 to 21 business days

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

We ship to most countries that our print partners serve. If checkout cannot offer your country, it is because production or delivery there is not currently available; we are sorry, and we hope to add more destinations over time.

Because orders enter production quickly, address changes are only possible before printing begins. Contact us right away with your order number and the new address, and we will do our best to catch it in time.

If your order is late, damaged, or wrong, we will make it right. See our Refund Policy or contact us with your order number, and we will take care of you.
